3. Bookings, Cancellations & Fixed Quotes

When you make a booking make a booking with us, you accept these Terms of Service and must take note of the following:

You must provide accurate, up-to-date information.
All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.
WhatsApp Quotes: Quotes provided via WhatsApp are “fixed” based on the photos/videos provided. If the inventory changes on moving day, we reserve the right to adjust the price.
Parking: Customers must ensure a legal parking space is available at both locations. Any parking fines incurred due to lack of provision will be the customer’s responsibility.
Cancellations: We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of £45.

4. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to provide a professional, punctual service. However, we are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential loss or damage
Delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., traffic, weather)
Items not packed or secured properly by the customer

We may refuse to transport certain items, such as hazardous materials, perishable goods, or items prohibited by law.

We have Goods in Transit and Public Liability Insurance in place, but the customer is responsible for declaring high-value items.
